All test results and certificates generated by RTCAT are delivered digitally to the registered email address provided by the candidate during the registration process. No physical shipping is required.

Delivery Timeline

• Certificates and results are typically processed and delivered within 2-3 business days after the successful completion of the test.
• In case of delays due to technical or operational issues, candidates will be notified via email.

Verification of Digital Certificates

All certificates include an RTCAT ID and QR code for identity verification. Employers can verify the authenticity of the certificates through the RTCAT web portal.

Incorrect Email Addresses

It is the responsibility of the candidate to provide accurate and complete contact information and emails. RTCAT is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or outdated email addresses.
